Re-wire your thoughts

Our body follows our thoughts. Our thoughts can run amuck.  It is in our power to bring mindfulness to our thoughts. When we do this, we will notice the loops we run in our own head, and that other voice in the background that whispers, and it usually is the negative information.  Well, it is also within our power to change those thoughts.
