Protocols

 

Symptoms can have several root causes from individual to individual. These root causes can be an external (such as environment, food, ect) or internal (such as self talk, emotions ect).  There are some common soultions that have helped many, however, if these solutions are not working for you, there is a targeted solution called the ZYTO scan. It identifies your biologic preferences to oils, supplements and therapies that would work best for your body at the time of your scan. Below you will find some protocols for specific issues you may have.

 

All protocols have the same philosophy of changing your external and internal situation as an important part of managing the problem. Everything I offer is a tool to help the process. It is important to Believe in the Healing Power that resides within you, and Trust you are strong enough for the journey that lays ahead.

 

Essential Oils help support your body's process of changing the internal. 

 

Therapies help support your physical body and also plays a role in helping the emotional body.

 

Together the essential oils and therapies work to facilitate the change you are looking for. 

 

ZYTO scans take it all to the next level. It tells us exactly what your body wants. It tells us what is stressed, then I identify why. Then we go to work. If you are ready to recognize that everything in your life has manifested exactly the way your thoughts and actions guided it and you are willing to accept where that is, allow yourself to learn the lessons, and let go of what no longer serves you, then you are ready to take your health to the next level.

 

 

These generic protocols would be a good start, but know they may not work for everyone.  The root causes have a great deal to do with what therapy/oil would be best to use.

 

Back & Neck Pain:

 

Essential Oils: Deep Blue, Aroma Touch, Basil, Peppermint

Massage Therapy:  Can bring temporary relief for chronic pain. Acute pain may require a different approach.

Bowen Therapy: Good for chronic and acute pain usually within 3 to 5 sessions we reprogram the body to make its own changes.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: Good for chronic and acute pain. Awakening your own healing system it may take 1 session. It may take more depending on the root cause.

Breathing: Focusing breath can relieve it also.

EFT: If emotional root cause, important to use also.

 

Headaches & Migraines:

 

Essential Oils: Past Tense,  Deep Blue, Aroma Touch, Digestzen, Helichrysum, Marjoram.

Massage Therapy: Depending on the cause, a softer touch may be better, if any massage at all.

Bowen Therapy: If pain is coming from neck, some Bowen procedures can be of benefit.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: This is what I would recommend. Touching certain holding points very gently can relieve or get rid of the pain. May be at time of session or minutes or hours later.

Breathing: Focusing breath can relieve it also.

EFT: If emotional root cause, important to use also.

 

 

Digestive Disorders:

 

Essential Oils: Digestzen, Ginger, Fennel, Cilantro, Peppermint.

Massage Therapy: A good tummy massage may be just the thing. Often times tummy problems can come from stress and anxiety (internal). So Breathing and Cranial Sacral Therapy would be my "go to."

Bowen Therapy: This could be beneficial for this problem.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: This is what I would recommend. Settling your body with holding points especially if cause is known to be stress related.

Breathing: Focusing breath can relieve it also.

EFT: If emotional root cause, important to use also.

 

 

Respiratory Problems:

 

Essential Oils: Breathe, Cardamom, White Fir, Peppermint, Eucalyptus.

Massage Therapy: Not my go to, but could be beneficial especially if it is a stress related problem.

Bowen Therapy: This would be my "go to". Bowen has a great way of releasing the respiratory system, relaxing your whole body, and bring breathing back into a comfortable range.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: If the root cause is internal (emotional, grief), this would also be my "go to".  And this is a good compliment to Bowen Therapy. (Bowen is considered a stand alone therapy.)

Breathing: Focusing breath can relieve it also.

EFT: If emtional root cause, important to use also.

 

 

Stress & Anxiety:

 

Essential Oils: Balance, Serentity, Frankincense, Lavender, Roman Chamomile

Massage Therapy: Great for stress relief.

Bowen Therapy: Great for stress relief. Effects of wellness seems to last longer.
Cranial Sacral Therapy: Great for stress relief. Effects of wellness seems to last longer.

Breathing: This would be my "go to". Great tool to learn for use at any time when feelng stress. Empowering to feel in control of managing your stress and anxiety.

EFT: Dramatically reduces stress. Again, great self help, empowering for you to manage your stress and anxiety.

 

 

Sports Injury:

 

Essential Oils:  Deep Blue, Aroma Touch, Wintergreen, Peppermint, Basil

Massage Therapy: Spot work. Dealing with injury at clients tolerance.

Bowen Therapy: Addresses whole body holistically. Highly recommend for sports injury.

Cranial Sacral Therapy: Good at relaxing the body to allow the body to heal faster.

Breathing: Good at relaxing the body to allow the body to heal faster.

EFT: Help with pain

 

 

Pregnancy/Mothers & Babies:

 

Essential Oils:  Lavender, Roman Chamomile

Massage Therapy:  With a pregnancy pillow massage supports the body during the massage that would help the achy muscles as your body adjusts to carry a baby in the body.

Bowen Therapy: Helps bring calm and whole body wellness to mom and baby.

Cranial Sacral Therapy:  Helps bring calm and whole body wellness to mom and baby.

Breathing: Very important to use during pregnancy, during labor, and brings calm to after baby is born to both mom and baby.

EFT: Help align body and mind.
